The NPC Builder is currently a prototype. The planned idea is simple: support Fin & Games, create your own NPC, submit it for moderation, and eventually see your character appear in Caravan Park Tycoon.

We're deliberately not locking down the exact tiers or payment-gated content yet. The game is still in prototype, and the perk system should evolve with it.
